Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data held by the Uproach platform (“Uproach”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Everapps Infinity Private Ltd. Uproach is a multi-tenant lead-operations platform that helps businesses (“Customers”) communicate with their own customers and prospects (“End Users”) across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and website chat.

The right way to request deletion depends on who you are — a Customer who holds a Uproach account, or an End User whose data a Customer manages using Uproach. Both paths are described below.

1. Delete Data You Control Within the Service

If you have a Uproach account, you can remove most data yourself directly within the Service:

  • Disconnect a channel: go to Settings → Channels and disconnect the relevant WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook connection. This immediately revokes the stored access token and stops further data collection from that account.
  • Delete leads and conversations: open the lead or conversation and delete it to remove the associated contact details and message history from your workspace.
  • Erase an individual lead: use the per-lead erase action to permanently remove a specific End User’s identifying data and message content while retaining the record required for audit purposes.

2. Request Deletion of Your Entire Workspace

To request permanent deletion of your entire Uproach workspace and all associated data — including account, profile, leads, conversations, channels, and stored access tokens — email admin@everapps.in from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

We will verify your identity, confirm the request, and delete the data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.

3. Revoke Access From Meta (Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp)

To immediately stop Uproach from accessing a connected Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp Business account, you can revoke the app directly from your Meta account settings:

  • Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Uproach.
  • Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove Uproach.
  • Revoking access from Meta immediately stops further data collection from that account. To also delete data already stored in your workspace, use one of the methods above.

4. If You Are an End User

If your data is processed by a business that uses Uproach (for example, you messaged a business on WhatsApp or Instagram and they replied using our platform), that business is the data controller (or “Data Fiduciary” under India’s DPDP Act, 2023) for your personal data.

To have your data deleted, please contact that business directly. If you are unsure who to contact, or need help reaching them, email us at admin@everapps.in and we will support the business in responding to your request.
